Oklahoma!
For the sky I used a gradient of blues and for the grass the grass brush tool. The strongest element of my poster is the cloud. Mostly because I just a picture of a cloud off the internet and scribbled over it. I think my design was on point and deserved a medal. If I had more time I would correctly place some of the words. I was rushed and at the end of class I just threw a couple words anywhere so I could turn it in. This honestly turned out way better than I thought it would be. I selected the Perry the Platypus style because he is my favorite cartoon character. I feel like a Picasso after drawing something so magnificent. I feel the image represents me because it is awesome, and I am awesome
Photo Unit Series
I picked these two photos because out of all of the other photos, these were my favorites. I liked these the most because they were the easiest to take and required no extra work. The first picture is a choice. There is no specific technique, but you have to make it look creative. I used a projector, stuffed giraffe, and a die. I just thought it looked cool. |
Get 'em cowboy
There were many units in my fontbot. I used a whole bunch of twos as my lasso.

My Montage!
The first step in creating my montage was to figure out what pictures I wanted. Then I had to search google for the pictures I actually liked. once I found the symbols, I had to arrange them in places that made sense to me. Finally, I used photoshop tools to put it all together. My personal symbols were the moon, food, water, music notes, and my sister. I put the moon because I love the night, I put food because I love to eat food, I put water because I like to swim. I put music notes because I love to listen to music, and I put whole bunch of my little sister because she's a handful.

A Semi Aquatic Egg Laying Mammal of Action!
I made Perry the platypus from the show Phineas and Ferb. I used Adobe Photoshop CS6 and drew with my Walcom tablet. I chose Perry the platypus because he is awesome. He is the reason why I love platypuses now. The element of art that is used the most in my painting is perspective. It shows the way you would see him from a certain angle and shows three dimensions. |
This is a red bird from the book "Brown Bear Brown Bear What Do You See". I read this book almost every night to my little sister. I have read it so many times I've memorized it.
